Hi friends
sharing a small art piece made with DecoArt colors and DecoArt Metallic Lustre
I had this papermache star which I used......
I created textures using DecoArt Modeling Paste and stencils and added dimensional elements made with silicon molds and paper clay .
Mounted the star on one waste CD after adding a weathered clock die cut on it .
colored the composition with various shades of blue and green metallic colors
Highlighted the textures with Gold Rush , Copper Kettle, Brilliant Turquoise and Silver Spark Metallic Lustre by dry brushing with a stiff brush. Buff the texture with a soft cloth to increase the sheen.
added a bit of bling and glitter to finish off........
Please do leave your comments. I would love to read what you say and I would love to visit your blog too !!
I was wondering how you must have made the base ,a CD very interesting !
