Altered Notebook Set

Hi Friends

sharing an altered note book set made using simple supplies........

Started with these simple notebooks..........

stencilling using sequin waste and sakura modeling paste, the small white dots are made using the transparent tray packaging out of a biscuit pack................

...................flowers cut from TM Tattered flowers die, black cardstock and I painted the red cardstock I had with Indian red acrylic color to match and highlighted with gold acrylic.

stamping with bubble wrap and Indian Red acrylic color by camlin and gold acrylic later......also you can see a handmade dangler leaf in matching colors using some beads in white, gold and red.....and splatters in gold.

This is another set made using a heart Punchanella and acrylic colors, have used red, blue and green glass paints as a glaze and lastly rubbed a teeny tiny bit of gold acrylic on top.........

I love what a bit of paint can do...loving the awesome texture and colors ...........

I was inspired by the February challenge at Paperartsy. The challenge announcement post has so many awesome ways to use paint. I was inspired by the paint splatters and use of stencils in the challenge post itself .
Hope you like it !!

Hello friends

here's another bottle up-cycled by using homemade texture paste, stencils and some handmade bottle cap embellishments.I have used acrylic colors in Black, Burnt Sienna and Metallic blue to give a faux metallic patina effect on the bottle.

The bottle caps have been flattened using a hammer and sequins, chunky glitter and bling added with crackle accents. You can also see my bottle cap windchimes here for more details.
