Hi Friends,
a peek into my sketch book........used wood blocks to print randomly all over the page using food color and then some doodling with a black fine tip pen ( three colors Red, Yellow and green mixed with water, btw each bottle of the food color powder at Rs 7/- and for all the following pages I used hardly a tsp each .....and a disclaimer....I do not use food colors in my food ever these were bought especially for some artsy satisfaction)

Random printing with different colors makes the colors blend in places and creates an awesome watercolor effect. While doodling, I tend to pick some printed patterns and then the design takes its own shape. I found the process almost meditative and most of the time the results are so organic !!

I used this to decoupage a small note book..............the colors did not bleed, the patterns look even more vibrant after a coat of my home made mod podge mix, the doodling looks more defined and me so so happy whenever I pick up my notebook!!! .......a little stickles here and there on the pattern and its done...
